Silhouettes

Everything my two hazel eyes see, or rather do not see, is what the world would call a silhouette. Have you ever thought that everything is a matter of black and white to us. What is the story behind each and every individual that passes you by. Well, plainly those silhouettes passing us by are all beings that struggle with the wickidness of the world. We are all human beings walking on this beautiful and magnificent land as we fight for faith, strength and hope. We are all brothers and sisters of Jesus Christ, yet we are alienated to many that walk the same earth. We are silhouettes of the life we are living. However, if we, as followers of God, choose to dissipate the black and white of the world, we will find the color of the lives of those around. Our eyes will open up to the enigma around us as we will find how similar we all are. The black and white of the pain we endure will become accepted as we find that we are here for eachother. We are not just silhouettes casually lingering among this earth questioning the pain and battles that we are fighting. We simply are silhouettes in Jesus Christ, for he is the light that shines through our silhouette to dissipate all black and white, to make us we.
